Sensei Michelle is from Brazil and she received her Bachelor's degree in physical education from Methodist University (Unimep).

Sense Michelle is a judo and jiujitsu black belt (BJJ), and holds multiple BJJ championships as NoGi World Champion, PanAmerican Champion, Brazilian nationals champion, South America champion, and American Nationals. She is also a Judo black belt, and a former professional judo athlete and champion.

Sensei Michelle loves working with kids of all ages, and she finds joy in teaching martial arts to kids. Michelle believes that “martial arts is a perfect way to help your children work on self defense techniques, coordination, confidence, discipline and respect while also having a lot of fun”. Michelle has worked with youth of all ages as an Au Pair, Camp Counselor, swim and martial arts Instructor, and she has taught youth martial arts, including Judo and Jiujitsu.
