Days/Times: Every Wednesday Night from 5:30 - 6:20pm
Class Description: This class combines multiple forms of exercise including resistance and balance training, yoga, shadow boxing, and varying stretching techniques all for the purposes of creating a comprehensive workout experience. Each class will consistently include a dynamic warm-up, primary workout composed of exercises conducted in a circuit format, and concluding with a cool-down in conjunction with post-workout stretching. In addition to the workout, class participants will receive structured guidance on exercise technique and modifications as needed in order to optimize safety and effectiveness of each movement. The class is appropriate across all adult ages and fitness levels.
