Days/Times: Every Wednesday Night from 6:30 - 7:20pm
Class Description: Moderately paced yoga practice in which participants fluidly transition from pose to pose while receiving guidance in order to effectively coordinate their breathing with their movements. Each class will place a specific emphasis on standing postures, balance-based poses, and core strengthening in conjunction with flexibility training. Class participants will receive structured guidance on technique and modifications as needed in order to optimize safety and effectiveness of each movement and pose introduced.
